A Week of Balance — a tribute to Bruce Lee

In honor of the 40th anniversary of Bruce Lee’s death, we are holding a week of balance. Lee is widely considered to be one of the most influential martial artists of all time. He believed that spirituality and physical training combined to create a great martial artist. Throughout the week we will focus on both meditation and combat, inner focus and physical conditioning. Each class day will have a different focus:

Monday 8/12: Calming Meditation

Tuesday 8/13: Nunchucks

Wednesday 8/14: Self Defense

Thursday 8/15: Hardcore Workout

Friday 8/16: Student Teacher/Family Day
