Sparring Seminar at Branchburg

The seminar will focus on fundamentals, live drills, and situational sparring to develop confidence on the mat and sharpen Sparring IQ for all levels.

Specific times will be listed below based on seminar focus:

Taekwondo

Adv. & Expert Ranks start time 2:00PM

Intermediate Ranks start time 2:30PM

End time 3:30PM

MMA

All Levels start time 4:00PM, end time 5:30PM

*Please make sure to arrive 15-20 minutes early to warm up and stretch. We will get right into the seminar promptly at the scheduled start time. 

**Bring all gear, including: head gear, gloves, foot gear/shin guards, mouth guards, and  a cup (for gentlemen). There will be a few pairs of extra gloves but not garunteed

One-month review will be held on September 19th
2-week review will be October 3rd
2-day review will be October 17th
Reviews are for ALL Senior Red Belts and are where eligibility stripes are earned. Make sure to polish up on your beginner forms and come prepared to show what you know. Locations and times TBA.
